Walking/Running Program
My doctor advised me to begin a walking/running program. My doctor said excersice would really rebuild my lungs and respiratory system to enable my body to obtain more oxygen. I started my walking program on Saturday. I didn't walk too far. Maybe about 1/4 of mile. I feel good. The fresh air does me good. We'll see if can get the energy to walk again tomorrow.
